A younger CEO is now not uncommon as the accumulation of experience and training may not be necessary to achieve success in this new age of globalisation.

Today’s CEO should become a global CEO and not to be restricted to a certain country. This is to follow the latest trend of the times and not to lag behind our competitors. To become a global CEO, the very first thing is to have an international outlook. This is important to expand the business and enhance the status globally. To do this we must have vision and gather global information in an effort to take the first step for the required globalisation.

The second thing is to have an open-minded attitude to listen to, think about and accept new ideas. We must be brave enough to face the challenge that lies ahead.

The publication of “Global CEO” is aimed at providing the latest information globally. “Global CEO” is a newly published magazine on commercial information and leisure living for this new age of globalization.

It is a Chinese-English bilingual quarterly magazine with new editorial and innovative directions.
